A sub-account is a multipurpose feature that provides the user with additional end-points to register multiple devices or phone systems. Sub-accounts also offer internal extensions for unlimited intra-network calling.
How Does it Work?
A sub-account works similarly to a main account, but has some unique features such as its own internal extension, SIP URI or IP authentication.
A single sub-account can power up an entire call centre or office through a trunk or a PBX, and you can have as many sub-accounts as needed, all for free.

The vast majority of VoIP.ms features are available at the sub-account level and allow you to get extremely granular. You could decide for instance to enable our Call Recording feature for your entire call centre, but disable it for your management team.
